Designer
fashion company, Criminal Clothing, has financed the fitting
out of its prestigious, new, international headquarters
in Bournemouth with funding organised by First Capital
Finance. The funding of the 10,000 sq. ft office and warehouse
complex in Alder Hills Trading Estate was organised by
First Capital Finance in a matter of weeks, with the company
utilising its panel of over 30 finance houses and banks
to ensure that Criminal Clothing obtained the lowest possible
interest rates.
Finding its bank bureaucratic and expensive and other
funding sources protracted and uncompetitive, Criminal
Clothing’s Managing Director, Reza Dahghani looked
around for alternative financing. He was recommended to
asset finance broker, First Capital Finance, and within
days the company had organised financial packages for
office furniture, IT equipment, partitioning, mezzanine
floors and racking. In a matter of weeks, the paper work
had been signed, the funding sent to the contractors and
the work carried out. “Andrew
Beard, Business Development Manager at First Capital Finance
came to see me and we sat down and listed the projects
that needed financing”, said Reza Dehghani. “He
came back to me almost immediately with the necessary
funding in place. First Capital Finance has provided us
with competitive rates, flexible repayment periods as
well as one local point of contact.”
Since its initial project to finance the fitting out of
Criminal Clothing’s headquarters, First Capital
Finance has arranged the funding of the company’s
cars and has organised the finance for the fitting out
of Criminal Clothing’s first concept store in Bournemouth.
The company, which produces 1⁄2 million garments
each year and has a £8 million turnover, plans to
open outlets in every major capital in Europe within the
next 12 months. “We
are now looking to buy land so that we can design and
build our own warehouse and office complex”, concluded
Reza Dahghani. “When we find the right location
we will definitely be using First Capital Finance to finance
the project”.
